Encar.com pages you visit. We don't collect personal information, track your browsing, or share data with

Our extension collects only the following data:
- Website Content: Car details, prices, and specifications from Encar.com pages you visit
- Exchange Rate Data: Current currency exchange rates from public APIs
- User Preferences: Your selected currency and language settings (stored locally)
We DO NOT collect:
- Personal identification information
- Browsing history outside of Encar.com
- Financial or payment information
- Location data
- Authentication credentials
2. How We Use Information
The collected information is used solely to:
- Convert Korean Won prices to your selected currency
- Display car details and pricing information
- Generate downloadable price reports
- Cache exchange rates to improve performance
3. Data Storage
- Local Storage: User preferences are stored locally in your browser
- Temporary Cache: Exchange rates are cached for 12 hours to minimize API requests
- No Cloud Storage: We don't store any data on external servers
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. The extension only:
- Fetches public exchange rates from exchangerate.host API
- Processes publicly available car listing information from Encar.com
5. Security
All data processing happens locally in your browser. No sensitive information is transmitted to external
servers except for fetching public exchange rate data.
6. Your Rights
- You can clear all stored preferences by uninstalling the extension
- You can disable the extension at any time through Chrome's extension settings
- The extension only works when you visit Encar.com pages
